Golden-amber, intensely aromatic with apricot, dried peach, marmalade, honey and citrus peel; rich, botrytised sweetness balanced by vivacious, mouth‑watering acidity and a long, spicy finish.

Production Method
Hand-harvested botrytised (aszú) berries picked in multiple passes, macerated in base wine or fermenting must, long pressing and fermentation in stainless steel and small oak, aged in 225L oak barrels (~20 months).
