Tasting Note
Honeyed caramel, dark chocolate, dried orchard fruit (apple, apricot), gentle spice, subtle smoke and toasted oak; creamy mid-palate with a long, warming finish.

Food Pairing
Western: dark chocolate, crème brûlée, roasted lamb, grilled ribeye, aged cheddar. Asian: Peking duck, beef teriyaki, char siu, smoked salmon sushi, soy-marinated grilled dishes.

Production Method
Blend of single malts and grain whiskies each matured ≥25 years; blended then double-aged (returned to oak) and finished in freshly-emptied Royal Brackla casks.
