Tasting Note
Honey and golden toffee lead, with green apple, citrus, soft vanilla, floral spice and a touch of oak smoke; silky texture and a smooth, lingering honeyed finish.

Food Pairing
Western: roast pork, grilled steak, aged cheddar, blue cheese, dark chocolate. Asian: char siu, miso‑glazed salmon, Korean BBQ, spicy Sichuan dishes, tempura.

Production Method
Blend of ~30–40 single malt and grain whiskies matured in ex-bourbon and ex-sherry casks, then re-casked (double‑aged/married) in selected oak to integrate flavors.
