Tasting Note
Brooding, aromatic nose of blackcurrant, plum, dark chocolate and tobacco. Bright acidity with polished, ripe tannins, cedar and coffee oak spice. Full-bodied with a focused dark-fruit core and a long, warming finish.

Production Method
Hand‑harvested, small-batch fermentations; composed of free-run and press fractions, matured in French oak barrels (new and seasoned) for ~14–18 months and bottle‑aged before release.
