Tasting Note
Deep bordó red with ripe red and black fruit, cedar, eucalyptus and mild green-pepper notes. Powerful, persistent tannins with earthy and tobacco accents; concentrated, long finish.

Food Pairing
Roast or grilled lamb, beef stews, venison, charcuterie and aged cheeses; Asian pairings: Korean BBQ (galbi), char siu or hoisin pork, spicy Sichuan beef, teriyaki/soy-glazed skewers.

Production Method
Hand‑harvested Cabernet Franc; temperature‑controlled fermentation with extended maceration; matured ~18 months in 100% French oak barrels.
