Tasting Note
Aromas of passionfruit, elderflower and citrus blossom; flavors of pineapple, gooseberry and white peach. Bright acidity with a creamy mid-palate from partial malolactic and lees contact, subtle flinty/mineral notes and a clean, lingering finish.

Organic grapes; wild (indigenous) yeast fermentation; ~65% stainless steel, ~35% old 500L barrel fermentation; ~50% malolactic conversion; minimal-intervention; sealed under screw cap.
