Tasting Note
Fresh red and black cherry, cranberry and plum with mixed spice, earthy/savoury notes and fine tea-like tannins; bright acidity and a lingering cranberry finish (medium-bodied, slightly wild/natural character).
Food Pairing
Roast duck, lamb, mushroom risotto, pork loin; Asian: Peking duck, char siu, teriyaki salmon, Korean BBQ (bulgogi).
