Fresh white peach and pear with bright citrus, light creaminess and subtle oak; medium body, crisp acidity and a clean, balanced finish.

Production Method
Made from selected yeasts with some parcels given lees stirring to build palate weight; largely stainless‑steel fermentation with minimal oak influence.
