Tasting Note
Bright ruby; red cherry, raspberry and floral notes with subtle spice, damp earth and saline minerality. Lively acidity, fine ripe tannins and a silky mid-palate lead to a persistent, elegant finish.

Production Method
Organic viticulture; hand-harvested Pinot Noir, fermented with indigenous yeasts, gentle maceration and aged in mainly used French oak vats for about 10–12 months.
