Tasting Note
Fresh, mineral-driven Chardonnay: white pear, green apple and lemon with floral and petrichor/stone notes, creamy mid-palate, subtle oak and a saline, persistent finish with crisp acidity.

Production Method
Organically farmed; 2021 was blended from six Rully 1er‑Cru parcels after frost. Fermented and aged ~12 months on fine lees in Burgundy oak (≈20% new).
