Tasting Note
Mineral-driven Chardonnay with white peach, lemon verbena, acacia honey, pastry and saline stony notes; bright citrus lift, concentrated mid-palate, subtle oak and a long, crisp finish.

Production Method
Certified organic; old-vine Chardonnay on limestone; hand-harvested, gently pressed, fermented and aged mainly in large oak foudres/neutral oak with restrained new oak; partial malolactic fermentation.
