Tasting Note
Bright ruby with cherry, raspberry, black pepper, floral lift and stony minerality. Silky, ripe tannins, fresh acidity and a medium-length, savory finish.

Production Method
Hand-harvested Pinot Noir; indigenous-yeast fermentations with extended maceration, often ~2/3 whole clusters; aged ~10–14 months in French oak, minimal filtration. Organic/biodynamic viticulture.
