Tasting Note
Bright citrus and white‑flower aromatics with green apple, lemon, tarragon and flinty/mineral notes. Crisp acidity, medium body, saline finish and rounded texture; long, clean finish.

Hand‑harvested Aligoté Doré; gentle pneumatic pressing; fermentation in temperature‑controlled stainless steel tanks and oak tuns; brief élevage in oak and stainless to preserve freshness and terroir expression.

Domaine de Villaine, founded by Aubert and Pamela de Villaine (1971). Based in Bouzeron, the estate champions low‑yield Aligoté Doré from old vines and helped elevate Bouzeron AOC reputation.
