Tasting Note
Light ruby Pinot Noir: bright cherry, raspberry and red‑currant fruit, floral hints, subtle earth and limestone minerality, brisk acidity, silky fine tannins and an elegant, medium‑length finish.

Hand‑harvested; organic viticulture; fermentation with indigenous yeasts in wooden vats/foudres with ~25% whole clusters; aged 10–12 months in oak barrels (≈10% new); minimal intervention.
