Tasting Note
Lush honeyed apricot, candied peach and orange marmalade with toasted vanilla oak, beeswax and botrytis spice; concentrated sweetness balanced by bright citrus acidity and a long, luscious finish.

Food Pairing
Western: crème brûlée, apricot or peach tart, panna cotta, foie gras, aged blue cheeses with figs and walnuts. Asian: mango sticky rice, coconut milk desserts, poached pear with ginger, mildly spiced Thai duck or char siu pork to contrast sweetness.

Production Method
Hand‑harvested botrytised Semillon; separate pressing and fermentation stopped to retain sweetness; matured ~12 months in French oak barriques/puncheons; bottled under screw cap.
