Tasting Note
Perfumed red fruits (strawberry, raspberry, cherry) with floral and subtle earthy undernotes; refined, silky texture, medium-plus body, gentle spice and minerality, lingering elegant finish.

Production Method
Organically farmed vineyards; hand-harvested; native-yeast fermentations with a high percentage of whole clusters for premiers crus; gentle extraction; aged in oak (limited new oak), minimal sulphur.
