Tasting Note
Floral hibiscus, lavender and iris with powdery saffron, turmeric, long pepper and dried flowers. Dense red and dark fruit under wild wood and subtle oak. Firm tannins, bright acidity, creamy texture and a long, savory finish.

Production Method
Hand-harvested and sorted; ~70% whole-cluster fermentation with a 15-day maceration, 5–7 punchdowns and pump-overs. Pressed, settled two weeks; aged 13 months in 40% new oak (60% 1–5 year barrels); bottled without fining or filtration.
