Tasting Note
Fragrant red and black cherry, wild berries, peony and licorice with stony minerality, refined firm tannins and a long, elegant finish.

Production Method
Hand-harvested fruit; significant whole-cluster fermentation for grands crus; fermented in concrete/steel, pressed and aged 14–18 months in oak with limited new barrels; organically farmed vineyards.
