Tasting Note

Fresh ruby with crimson highlights. Nose of red and black fruits, cedar, smoke and tobacco. Fresh attack with blackberry and blackcurrant, liquorice mid‑palate, silky texture and a harmonious, moderately long finish.


Food Pairing

Western: roast lamb, grilled steak, braised beef, game and aged cheeses. Asian: Peking duck, char siu, Korean BBQ/galbi, soy‑braised beef, shiitake/mushroom stir‑fries.


Production Method

Parcel-by-parcel vinification with temperature-controlled fermentation; selection of lots for the second wine and ageing roughly 12 months in oak barrels.
