Deep ruby; aromas of blackcurrant, mocha and dill, with ripe blackberry, toasted brioche and liquorice. Bright, supple palate, velvety yet firm tannins and a long, fresh finish.

Western: roast lamb, grilled ribeye, duck confit, mushroom risotto. Asian: Peking duck, char siu, beef bulgogi, soy‑braised short ribs, spicy Szechuan beef.
Production Method
Conventional vinification with long maceration (26–28 days), fermentation in vats and élevage in oak; selected parcels make the second wine.
