Fresh citrus, white peach and nectarine with cashew/vanilla oak spice, flinty minerality, fine creaminess and vibrant acidity leading to a long, clean finish.

Dalrymple Vineyards, established 1987 by Bertel & Anne Sundstrup in Pipers River; flagship Cave Block produces low‑yield, cool‑climate Chardonnay. Estate acquired by the Hill‑Smith family in 2007.
