Tasting Note
Rich, dark-amber single malt: vanilla, dark chocolate, candied orange, raisins, coffee, nutmeg and liquorice; chewy and full-bodied with a long stewed-fruit and toffee finish.

Western: dark chocolate, aged cheddar, blue cheese, roasted lamb, grilled ribeye, coffee-based desserts. Asian: Peking duck, char siu (Cantonese BBQ pork), Korean BBQ, hoisin-glazed pork belly, teriyaki salmon, soy-marinated mushrooms.
Production Method
Distilled in copper pot stills from 100% malted barley; matured ~14 years in ex‑bourbon American oak, finished ~4 years in 30‑year Matusalem Oloroso sherry casks (González Byass).
