Tasting Note
Rich sherried fruit, caramelised orange, ginger and sultanas; dark chocolate, crushed almonds and cinnamon on the palate, finishing with sweet mango, panna cotta and lemon sponge cake.

Production Method
Matured 12 years: initial aging in American white oak ex‑bourbon casks, then fully finished (up to ~3 years) in bespoke Oloroso/Pedro Ximénez sherry casks.
