Tasting Note
Bright orange marmalade, dried sultanas and dark chocolate with vanilla, toffee and warm cinnamon spice; creamy mid‑palate with coffee and roasted nuts, finishing medium‑long with cocoa and gentle oak.

Food Pairing
Western: dark chocolate, crème brûlée, roasted lamb, pork belly, aged cheddar. Asian: Peking duck, char siu (barbecue pork), miso‑glazed salmon, teriyaki chicken, mild Malaysian curry.

Production Method
Single malt from 100% malted barley, pot‑still distilled; initially matured in American ex‑bourbon oak, partially finished in Oloroso (and PX) sherry butts, married and bottled at 40% ABV.
