Tasting Note
Light amber; aromas of matsutake mushroom and cured-charcuterie. Umami-driven palate with citrus peel, rice, mineral and cured egg-yolk notes; medium-long savory finish.

Production Method
Junmai Daiginjo classification; blended/aged sake, aged in ceramic barrels and presented in a white ceramic/swing-top bottle within a cedar wood box. Limited-production blend combining aged koshu and top-grade Junmai Daiginjo.
