Tasting Note

Golden, honeyed apricot and candied citrus with tropical fruit, orange peel, and floral honey. Intense, vibrant acidity balances lush sweetness; long, spiced, saline finish.

Production Method

Late-harvest Petit Manseng, hand-picked with successive sorting (botrytis/ripe berries), fermented in oak/foudres with indigenous yeasts and aged 12–18 months in French oak.


Vineyard Info

Small hillside holdings (≈3 ha) at Aubertin/Babylone owned by Didier Dagueneau; biodynamic/integrated practices. After Didier’s death (2008) Louis‑Benjamin continued production.
