Tasting Note
Perfumed Pinot Noir showing cherry, strawberry and rose with hints of sandalwood, forest floor and minerality. Lush texture, lively acidity, fine integrated tannins and a long, elegant finish.

Food Pairing
Western: roast duck, beef bourguignon, roast lamb, mushroom risotto, aged Comté or Epoisses. Asian: Peking duck, char siu, soy‑ginger glazed salmon, miso‑marinated black cod, Korean BBQ (bulgogi).

Production Method
Hand‑harvested; organic/biodynamic viticulture. Fermented with indigenous yeasts, short cold maceration, occasional ~10% whole‑cluster; aged ~12–15 months in French oak (c.20% new); light filtration, minimal fining.

Monopole Clos du Prieuré (~1.00 ha), east‑facing high‑walled clos. Domaine de la Vougeraie (Boisset family) farms organically since the late 1990s and biodynamically since 2001, emphasizing terroir-driven Pinot Noir.
