Tasting Note
Medium-bodied Pinot Noir with red and dark berry fruits, violet florals, peppery and clove spice, woodland/earthy notes, silky tannins, crisp acidity and a long, mineral-tinged finish with a subtle whole-cluster leafiness.

Western: roast duck, Poulet de Bresse, mushroom risotto, beef bourguignon, charcuterie, roasted pork; Asian: Peking duck, char siu (Cantonese BBQ pork), Korean bulgogi, mushroom-based Japanese dishes, braised Chinese-style pork (hong shao rou).

Production Method
Hand-harvested from a tiny parcel; 100% whole-cluster vinification, natural yeasts, aged in French oak barrels (approx. 12–16 months) with a portion of new oak; released primarily in magnum.
