Light-to-medium-bodied Pinot Noir: red/black cherry and cranberry, subtle blackberry, earthy/mushroom notes, baking spice and vanilla, saline minerality, polished tannins and a medium‑long finish.

Production Method
Organic and biodynamic viticulture; hand-harvested, sorted and destemmed; short cold pre-fermentation maceration, gentle fermentation with light remontages; aged 9–14 months in predominantly neutral/used French oak.
