Medium-bodied Pinot Noir with sour cherry, raspberry and black currant, white pepper and Provençal herb notes, forest-floor earthiness and a mineral, slightly citric finish; fresh acidity and fine-grained tannins.

Production Method
Hand-harvested; not crushed and gravity-vatted; cold pre-fermentation 5 days; 17-day maceration; no added yeast; vertical pressing; aged 16 months in oak (20% new, Cîteaux), gentle toasting; soft filtration, no fining.
