Tasting Note
Ripe citrus, green apple, honeysuckle and jasmine, with lemon curd and mango, honeyed texture, salty minerality and subtle smoke. Concentrated and powerful with firm acidity and a long, sappy mineral finish.

Food Pairing
Western: lobster, scallops, roasted or butter-poached white fish, roast chicken with cream sauce, aged Comté or Brie. Asian: sushi/sashimi, tempura prawns, miso-glazed sea bass, Thai coconut curry, Chinese steamed fish with ginger and scallion.

Production Method
Hand-harvested; biodynamic viticulture; whole-cluster pressing; indigenous-yeast fermentations; élevage 12–18 months in French oak barrels (≈20% new), followed by vat assembly and minimal-intervention bottling.

Domaine de la Vougeraie (family holdings since 1964; domaine established 1999). Runs organic/biodynamic viticulture across multiple Côte d'Or parcels, including two small Chevalier-Montrachet plots totaling ~0.151 ha.
