Tasting Note
Aromatic red and black fruits (raspberry, blackberry) with floral notes, pencil‑lead/earth undertones, sappy mid‑palate and a saline, gripping finish. Medium‑to‑medium‑full, structured and ageworthy with whole‑cluster spice and fine tannins.

Western: roast duck, beef bourguignon, lamb rack, mushroom risotto, coq au vin. Asian: Peking duck, miso‑glazed salmon, char siu (barbecue pork), soy‑ginger beef, mushroom hotpot.

Production Method
Vines farmed with organic/biodynamic principles; 100% whole‑bunch fermentation for this parcel, aged in François Frères high‑toast oak from an old‑vine (planted 1902) parcel. Sustainable conversion and organic certification across the domaine.
