Tasting Note
Perfumed Chambolle: rose and violet with red cherry, raspberry, light spice and stony minerality. Silky texture, fine tannins and a precise, elegant finish.

Food Pairing
Western: roast duck, coq au vin, mushroom risotto, pork tenderloin. Asian: Peking duck, miso-glazed salmon, char siu pork, mushroom hot pot.

Production Method
Hand-harvested village blend (multiple parcels incl. some 1er crus). Fermented with a high proportion of whole clusters (≈40%), native yeasts, aged in French oak (moderate new wood).

Domaine de la Vougeraie, founded 1999 by the Boisset family, farms biodynamically and organically across Côte de Nuits and Côte de Beaune, producing terroir-driven Burgundies from villages to grands crus.
