Tasting Note
Opulent Chardonnay with peach, apricot, citrus blossom, toasted hazelnut, wet-stone minerality and a slightly waxy texture; vibrant acidity and a long, saline finish.

Food Pairing
Western: lobster with beurre blanc, seared scallops, roasted chicken, creamy mushroom risotto. Asian: miso-glazed black cod, seared fatty tuna (sushi), Cantonese roast duck, tempura, mild Thai coconut curry.

Production Method
Biodynamic viticulture; whole-cluster pneumatic pressing, settling, barrel fermentation and élevage 12–18 months in French oak (≈33% new), monthly bâtonnage, light filtration.

Domaine de la Vougeraie (est. 1998/1999 by Jean‑Claude Boisset) farms organically/biodynamically across the Côte d'Or with several Grand Cru holdings; this cuvée is from several small Bâtard-Montrachet plots.
