Tasting Note

Pale yellow-green with silver reflections. Delicate tropical and white orchard fruits (mango, white apple), candied lime zest, florals and saline minerality. Juicy, elegant and balanced with subtle oak/nutty notes and a long, slightly salty finish.


Food Pairing

Western: roast chicken with herbs, grilled scallops, lobster, creamy pasta or mushroom risotto. Asian: miso-glazed black cod, sushi/sashimi, milder Thai green curry, grilled prawns with citrus, Chinese steamed fish.


Production Method

Hand-harvested Chardonnay; fermented in stainless steel and French oak (selected/wild yeasts), partial malolactic, aged in French oak barrels. Low-intervention practices, minimal filtration.
