Tasting Note
Red cherry and raspberry with violet and subtle licorice; earthy mushroom and light leather notes. Bright acidity, fine-grained tannins and a medium, mineral finish.

Western: roast lamb, beef, mushroom risotto, soft to semi-hard cheeses. Asian: Peking duck, char siu, teriyaki duck/salmon, mushroom hotpot, Korean BBQ (lighter cuts).

Production Method
