Tasting Note
Powerful, aromatic dry white: citrus and quince, exotic pineapple and lychee, honeyed and menthol notes, smoky/iodine minerality and saline finish; bright acidity with concentrated, precise texture.

Production Method
Hand-harvested; fermented in new oak 'cigar' barrels (320L) and stainless steel, indigenous yeasts; ~12 months barrel ageing; biodynamic/organic vineyard practices.
