Tasting Note
Powerful, exotic citrus and stone-fruit aromas, bright lemon-mint acidity, saline-mineral core and a dense, textured palate with hints of pineapple, apricot and spice; long, precise finish. (Dry).

Production Method
Hand-harvested; slow pneumatic pressing; fermentation and 12-month élevage under wood in large foudres, demi-muids and cigar-shaped barrels; minimal correction, light filtration.
