Awards/Ratings

No broadly published scores from major international critics located for this cuvée; listed and sold by specialty merchants and auction houses (iDealwine, GrandiBottiglie, Backroom Wines) with secondary-market price examples (~€70–€100 / $100). Praised in merchant tasting notes for minerality, complexity and aging potential

Tasting Note

Fresh grapefruit and yellow peach with floral and honeyed (confit) hints, chalky/mineral core and saline lift, subtle new-oak spice, pulpy texture and bright acidity finishing long and precise.

Food Pairing

Western: grilled lobster, asparagus with hollandaise, seared/roasted salmon; Asian: prawn or Thai curries, spicy stir-fry, tempura, richer sushi (fatty tuna).

Production Method

Hand-harvested; fermentations in stainless steel and new oak (demi-muids and 'cigar' barrels), aged 12–16 months in wood, then blended from five local varieties.

Vineyard Info
