Awards/Ratings

Noted by Revue du Vin de France and widely praised by retailers and critics as a benchmark late-harvest Petit Manseng

Tasting Note

Deep golden; aromas of apricot, peach, orange peel, honeysuckle, honey and toffee. Lush, viscous palate of tropical fruit, dried fig and bright citrus acidity, with a very long, persistent finish.

Food Pairing

Foie gras, blue cheese (Roquefort), tarte Tatin or fruit tarts, crème brûlée; Asian pairings: Thai green curry, spicy Sichuan dishes, mango sticky rice.

Production Method

Hand-harvested late-picked Petit Manseng; fermentation and élevage in small oak barriques (≈12–18 months). High residual sugar typical of moelleux wines (≈100–110 g/L).
