Opulent demi-sec: candied apricot, mango and white peach with lime blossom, beeswax and wet-stone minerality. Bright acidity balances rich sweetness, finishing saline and persistent.

Production Method

Hand-harvested; slow pneumatic pressing; fermentation and 12 months élevage in French oak (cigar-shaped barrels and foudres); minimal sulphur and limited filtration.
