Tasting Note
Concentrated Pauillac: blackcurrant, blackberry and dark cherry with cocoa, graphite, pencil‑lead and floral violet notes. Creamy mid‑palate, ripe powdery tannins, bright freshness and a long, liquorice‑and-tobacco finish.

Western: roast lamb, beef ribeye, venison, grilled mushrooms, aged cheddar. Asian: Peking duck, char siu (Cantonese BBQ pork), Korean BBQ (bulgogi/galbi), Szechuan beef, hoisin‑glazed dishes.
Production Method
Hand-harvested (8–27 Sept 2022); fermented in temperature‑controlled vats; matured ~18 months in oak barrels (≈50% new); blended and bottled at the château.
