Tasting Note
Bright black and red berry fruits (blackberry, mulberry, raspberry) with cracked pepper, cinnamon and earthy/leesy savoury notes. Chewy tannins, leather and a hint of beef reduction lead to a long, spicy finish.

Western: grilled/roast lamb, beef steaks, braised short ribs, venison, barbecued pork. Asian: Korean BBQ, Chinese char siu, Sichuan-style spicy beef, teriyaki beef, lamb curry (Indian), yakitori with tare sauce.
