Powerful, concentrated black-fruit core (blackberry, plum, black cherry) with dark chocolate, mocha, olive/nori, liquorice and savory spice; firm gravelly tannins, integrated oak and a long, persistent finish.

Production Method

Sourced from low-yielding old vines (Eutypa 'dead arm'); small-batch open-top fermentation with foot-treading and basket-pressing; matured ~18–22 months in new and seasoned French and American oak, minimal racking.
