Tasting Note
Concentrated dark-plum and blackberry fruit with dark chocolate, anise and cracked black pepper. Savoury, herbal and iron/mineral notes underpin firm, gritty tannins and a long, spicy finish.

Production Method
Fruit from old, low-yielding vines (Eutypa-infected 'dead arm') fermented in small open fermenters, gentle extraction, basket pressing; matured 18–22 months in new and seasoned French and American oak.
