Tasting Note
Perfumed redcurrant, blueberry and violet with bay leaf, cedar and subtle spice. Cassis and boysenberry on the palate, bright cranberry lift, silty graphite tannins, lively acidity and a long, focused finish.

Production Method
Hand-harvested biodynamic fruit; wild/natural fermentation in terracotta amphorae (c.86 days), basket-pressed to French oak (six months, ~75% new); minimal intervention, screwcap closure.
