Tasting Note
Perfumed with white flowers, mandarin, lime and citrus zest, fresh-cut grass and fig. Crunchy citrus and juicy exotic fruit on the palate with bright acidity and a long, saline finish.

Grilled king prawns, Dover sole, crab, oysters, ceviche; sushi, sashimi, steamed fish with ginger, Thai lime fish, tempura; light salads and goat cheese.
