Tasting Note
Perfumed violets and rose with blackcurrant, mulberry and plum. Silky, juicy core with cedar, cigar-box and dark chocolate notes; fine-grained chalky tannins and a lingering, savoury finish.

Production Method
100% biodynamically farmed fruit; natural primary and malolactic fermentations, extended maceration; matured in French barriques (≈20% new) for ~12–14 months.
