Plush Merlot core of black cherry, plum, truffle, cocoa and forest-floor notes; velvety texture, cedar/oak spice and a mineral, medium-long finish.

Western: roast lamb, beef tenderloin, mushroom risotto, aged cheeses (Manchego, Gouda). Asian: Peking duck, char siu, Korean BBQ (bulgogi), miso-glazed eggplant.

Production Method
Hand-harvested Merlot-led fruit; fermented in concrete/stainless vats, malolactic in barrel; ~14–18 months in French oak (c.50% new).
