Tasting Note
Deep black-fruit core of blackberry, cassis and plum with violet, bay and tobacco notes. Plush, concentrated palate with polished grainy tannins, cocoa and slate impressions, finishing long and savory.

Western: roast leg of lamb, rib‑eye, beef stew, aged cheeses. Asian: Peking duck, Korean BBQ (bulgogi), char siu, braised beef with soy and star anise.
Production Method
Hand-harvested, plot-selected fermentation; matured ~12 months in oak (c.60–66% new barriques); blended before bottling.
